What is Quinoa? Pronounced "keenwah," this rice-like grain originated high
in the Andes in South America. It's high in protein, calcium and iron, and
it's perfect as a side dish in any gourmet meal. You can use it instead of

What is Spelt? |
Spelt is an ancient grain, originated in Europe. The best thing we know about spelt is
that it's close to wheat and can be eaten by most people with wheat
allergies!
